These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Klazoo ("Service"). By creating an account you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

Accounts must be created by a parent or guardian aged 18 or older. Student profiles are created on behalf of children by the account holder. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

2. Subscription and Billing

• Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. Prices are displayed at checkout.
• Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel at any time from your account settings.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no partial refunds for unused time.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to your registered email.

3. Free Access

Free accounts have access to a limited set of skills. We may change what is available on the free tier at any time.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share account credentials with others outside your household.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy the question content or platform.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to bypass or interfere with the AI question-generation system.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on Klazoo — including question text, explanations, and curriculum design — is owned by Klazoo or its licensors. You may not reproduce or redistribute it without written permission.

6. AI-Generated Content

Practice questions are generated using AI. While we work to ensure accuracy, we cannot guarantee that every question or explanation is error-free. If you spot an issue, please contact us so we can correct it.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific academic outcomes or test results.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Klazoo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email or via the platform. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
